Your neighbourhood shops, delivered to your door

Sahla currently delivers in Oued Athmania. You order from shops in town and a driver brings the order to your door. When you order, you enter your address and can drop your position on the map so the driver finds you easily.

Delivery is a fixed 150 DZD per order, whatever you buy. Each shop prepares its own order: if you buy from two different shops, you place two orders and pay two deliveries.

You pay cash to the driver when your order arrives: the price of the products plus the delivery fee. No bank card or online payment needed.

You pick an open shop, fill your basket and place the order. The shop receives it right away, confirms it and prepares it. Once it’s ready, a nearby driver accepts the ride, picks the order up at the shop and brings it to you.

Yes, as long as the shop hasn’t confirmed it yet (status “Waiting for store”), from the “My orders” page. Once confirmed, it’s being prepared and can no longer be cancelled.

If no driver accepts the ride within 20 minutes of it being ready, the order is cancelled automatically. The same happens if it isn’t delivered within 40 minutes of being picked up. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.

In “My orders” you see where each order is: Waiting for store, Preparing your order, On the way, then Delivered. After delivery you can rate the shop and the delivery to help other customers.

All you need is your phone number: you get a code by SMS to confirm it, and your account is created right away. You then sign in with that number.

Create a seller account with your phone number and confirm it with the code sent by SMS. Our team then reviews your account. Once it’s active, you add your shop, its photos, its opening hours and your products.

New orders arrive in your dashboard. You confirm them, prepare them, then click “Deliver”: the order is offered to nearby drivers. The dashboard also shows your sales statistics.

No. Sahla drivers pick the order up at your shop and deliver it to the customer. You focus on preparing it.

The customer pays the driver in cash on delivery. The driver then brings you the payment for your products; the delivery fee stays with the driver.

Sahla fees are negotiated separately with each shop, when your account is reviewed by our team. They are settled every month, in cash or online with a CIB or EDAHABIA card, right from your dashboard.
